Rates & Policies

Nightly Rate: $125 per night plus WI sales tax.
Weekly Rate: $750 plus WI sales tax.
- Two night minimum stay.
- Rates above are for two people.  Add $20 per night for each additional person (max of 6 persons)

Suitability
- Adults who enjoy historic spacious get away settings
- No Smoking
- No pets allowed

Reservation Information
- 50% deposit to reserve the house.
- 1st time renters pay $200 fully refundable security deposit
- Pay using credit card, Pay Pal, personal check, cashier’s check, or money order
- Cancellation before 15 days of reservation will be refunded, minus a $50 administration fee
* If we are able to book the farm house for the full period of your reservation you will receive a refund minus a $50 administration fee.

Check in
Check in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check out is 12:00 noon
* If there are no other guests scheduled to arrive we can be flexible with these times.
